As QLess is interactive, it will keep the customer informed of their wait time and let them know when to head back to the council office. At any stage, the customer can request a service update that will provide with up to the minute information. If customers decide to wait, QLess Monitor will show a visual indication of their place in the queue and their wait time.

QLess is a Cloud-based solution and so no more worrying about the number of user licenses, software upgrades or software support licenses as these are all included within one annual payment. If a Council Service Centre requires online Appointment booking; they can use the QLess Gold package. QLess isn’t a ‘one size fits all’
