"Definitely 10 out of 10, we are delighted with the product"
is the latest in Cloud-based Staff & Visitor Management solutions. DigiGreet allows staff, customers & visitors to check-in using a touch-screen in the reception area, their mobile phone or using a QR code. Once checked-in, they are asked a number of questions relating to their visit such as ‘Bob’ who is visiting the warehouse. ‘Bob’ will be asked a few questions such as ‘what is the correct fire extinguisher to use on a paper-based fire’. Asking questions relevant to the visit ensures your visitors and staff have a safe visit to your premise.

Already have fobs for door access
Use the same fobs to sign in and out of our Visitor Management System as we can use and integrate with most contactless technologies, all you need is a USB reader with keyboard output from your supplier. Paxton is the market-leading IP access control, door entry and building intelligence system for smart buildings. Use DigiGreet Connect with Paxton to fully synchronise with DigiGreet.
On enterprise, you can also set temporary fobs for Visitors or Contractors who are constantly going to be in and out of the building. If you want to know if your current fobs will work with DigiGreet just get in touch and we can let you know how it will work.

Visitor Feedback– Ask visitors for feedback on their visit. (Enterprise)
If you give Paxton Net2 fobs to contractors & visitors to allow them to move around your site, that is fine. They simply register on DigiGreet, answering your questions, viewing any inductions you have, completing any permits to work or permits, then when you give them their fob, they are automatically linked to that fob, added to Paxton.
When they need that cosmic doodah to fix that widget which they left in the van or the bacon, sausage and egg bloomer, they come and go fobbing the Paxton door readers as normal with DigiGreet keeping a subtle eye out.
At the end of the day, when they’ve fixed, swept up and said what a pleasure it was working for you, we de-allocate their fob and sign them out.
QR code emailed to the visitor
A visitor can register to visit your business anywhere they have Internet access. As a business, you send them an email where they answer security questions and when they arrive, they show their phone to a QR code reader, the door opens and in they come, without touching anything but their phone. Pretty clever eh! Of course, you don’t have to use the door bit, so without the door, they come in, show their phone to the reader on reception. If there are no security questions the screen on reception simply welcomes them. If there are security questions they answer them on the screen in reception.
QR Code in reception
When the customer or visitor arrives, they use their phone to scan the QR code in reception and answer any security questions or view the welcome message on their phone.
Button in an email
Similar to option above but instead of a QR code, it’s a button in the email to sign in and out.
