PremierCert is is an online SAAS based electronic document management & ordering system used by University administrators, students, potential employers and print facilities.  PremierCert+ successfully combines the use of print and electronic documents which students can order and pay using the linked PremierCert + PayPal account.

As the product is a secure Cloud solution, there is no physical hardware or software to install at any of your University sites.  The solution is pay per month and allows complete flexibility.

PremierCert has been developed using our 10 years of experience of working closely with universities in the Higher Education sector (we now supply over 100 Universities worldwide), which has taught us that each Higher Education institution is different and has different requirements.
