We all know the feeling of wasting our time in a service centre.  What is promised as an exceptional Student experience never quite matches that expectation.

Let us face it, using a touch-screen kiosk, taking a ticket and waiting isn’t a student experience that any of us want.  Many queue management solutions even integrate into your customer or patient records to ensure that the staff member has your details to hand.  All is well and good, however, what happens when that member of staff is running late for the appointment…you sit there with your kiosk ticket in hand just wishing the LCD monitor to call your number.

Did you know you can join a virtual Queue we’ll let you know when we are ready to see you.  By joining the queue virtually you can choose to wait anywhere you like.  When we are nearly ready to see you, you will be sent a SMS or WhatsApp message advising for you to return.

1. Use your Mobile

To join the queue at your campus, SMS  0421 690 555 and add the relevant code word university demo. You will instantly receive an SMS response with an estimated wait time.

Open the University App, click Services and follow the instructions



Office 365 integration

If your business uses Office 365, Hague QTrac can be integrated.  Having this link ensures that Staff does not have to manage multiple calendars.  Staff can simply use their Office 365 Calendar and any changes will be reflected in Hague QTrac Appointment Booking Calendar.

Resources (Counter Staff) can create a schedule as to when they are available to accept appointments.  If the resource has a pre-booked appointment (internal meeting for example), the time will be blocked out within Hague QTrac Queue Management Appointment Booking.  At no time are any pre-booked appointments or meetings displayed in Hague QTrac Appointment Booking.
