QLess allows you to join the queue virtually from your mobile phone (SMS), via the web, in the service centre by speaking to one of our Concierge, scanning a QR code or using a touchscreen kiosk.
By joining the queue virtually you can choose to wait anywhere on campus. Once you are near the front of the queue you will be sent an SMS advising you to return to the Service Centre.
1. Use your mobile phone and send the codeword of college to 0477 752 222. You will be asked to select the service you require
2. Use the web link by Clicking HERE
3. Speak to a Concierge at the Service Centre
4. Use a touchscreen kiosk at the Service Centre
5. Scan this QR code. You will be asked to select the service you require
